Funny what can happen in a year. I added a photo on my blog artwork not really thinking how much that person in the photo would change. I use to look at it and wonder IF I would ever look like that again. Now I see, "her" and don't really remember looking like that. Strange.
I thank you all, because the changes cancer brings to a life is quite remarkable, but the physically changes are another topic. Loosing hair, getting hair that isn't even what you had before (it is gray, a little dark, not to mention course and springy curly!) I thank you because apparently I looked better today than I EVER have! Go figure? Men, women, young friends think I look great and it sure makes me feel good. The idea of never having to dye my hair again is so liberating!
Here's the family...December 2009, and the kids are from Feb 2010.
